– In the usual times, FINEROAD is a balcony balustrade. Once the fire or other emergency happens in the house, it could be operated by the human through the alarm system switch to unfold and go downward by gravity as evacuation stairs for people to escape.
– FINEROAD provide a two-direction escape way technology based on the existing one-direction escape passage. Make appropriate use of the balcony balustrade and turn it into an all-in-one foldable safety balustrade with fire evacuation ladder system, which could provide another emergency escape way besides the current safety passage.
